Today.. I wanna share u all a little bit about the place where i'm practicalling at da moment..its Precico Sdn Bhd.. Located at seberang perai..

This is my locker at the Manufacturing Engineering Department.. But i were assigned at the moulding department working as a technician.. Learning 5 type of different injection moulding in 2 and a half month.. The process is the same.. but u never knew when u try it.. This is some of the machine that i learn..

This is the JSW electrical injection machine where the controller use touch screen.. kind of nice is it?? hehehe.. most of the material use in this injection moulding are from plastic.. some of it r PC/ABS.. donno?? Try searching internet if you wanna know more about this plastic..

And this is the 2K injction moulding.. Why 2K?? coz its use2 hopper and its different from the others injection moulding machine available at this production line.. And this is just the introduction of what coming around during my practical.. Wish me all da best.. Can't wait for my 1st Allowance from my 1st working experience..
